About

Call for papers

In recent years, network security and cyber threat intelligence (CTI) have become critical areas of research and development. Advances in these fields have significantly contributed to enhancing cyber defense mechanisms, providing better protection against evolving cyber threats.

Network security focuses on protecting network infrastructure from unauthorized access, misuse, or theft. It involves implementing a variety of security measures to safeguard the integrity, confidentiality, and availability of network resources. As cyber threats become more sophisticated, there is an increasing need for advanced techniques and tools to secure network environments.

Cyber threat intelligence (CTI) involves the collection and analysis of information about current and potential cyber threats. This intelligence helps organizations understand the threat landscape, enabling them to take proactive measures to defend against cyber attacks. CTI uses data from various sources to provide insights into threat actors, their methods, and their motivations.

The aim of this workshop is to provide an overview of recent advances, applications, future directions and challenges in network security and CTI. It offers an opportunity for researchers and practitioners to identify new promising research directions and to present the latest achievements, ideas, and innovations in these areas.

The International Workshop on Network Security and Cyber Threat Intelligence for Enhanced Cyber Defense (NSCTI 2024) will be held in conjunction with the 15th International Conference on Emerging Ubiquitous Systems and Pervasive Networks (EUSPN) October 28-30, 2024, Leuven, Belgium.
